The Programme
As a Professional Fitness Trainer and Sports Therapist, Scott is dedicated to providing you with a training regime and advice designed to assist in the achievement of your goals. The exercise programme and any dietary advice will be thoroughly explained, prior to you signing the agreement. If you are unsure of any part of the agreement or advice given, then please ask.
Failure to adhere to the exercise principle or ignoring the dietary advice, will seriously decrease the effectiveness of this regime and ultimately the achievements made.
Alterations and Cancellations
To achieve success in your programme, it is important for you to be disciplined about your training and to keep to the sessions planned. We will endeavour, as far as possible, to give you a regular session time and day, which will have been agreed upon prior to the signing of the agreement. We fully understand that sessions may, for whatever reason, have to be re-scheduled or even cancelled.
If for any reason, we must cancel your session, with
less than 24hrs. Notice, a free session will be added to your programme.
Payment of Fees
The fees include all costs applicable to the programme, excluding clothing, footwear and any nutritional supplements.
